This was my third visit to this car detailing service, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. During my first visit, I had to ask them to re-clean my car, and while the second visit was much better, I decided to give it another try because of that. This time, I opted for an upgraded service that cost $135. I didn’t mind paying the price, but when I got into my car, it was still dirty. There were areas that clearly needed vacuuming, and I still had watermelon juice on the middle console from a previous spill. I can’t understand how I paid for a detailed wash and still found my car in this condition. It’s really unacceptable. I wish I could share a video to show how disappointing this experience was. I’ve decided not to return to this place again.

KingZ made my 2010 SUV look like a 2025. I had the interior cleaned and shampood due to the interior looking like it had been in a flood, as I purchased it from an auto auction. I normally am pretty good with cleaning my cars interior however, this job was too much for me, so I decided to use a detailer for the first time. Glad I did! Every inch of the interior looks new. The air vents are even shining, along with the center console, seat belt fasteners!!! Nothing was overlooked. I'll definitely be back with my other car.

First and last time coming here, customer service was ok. I called ahead to see what packages they offered I have a brand new car so I didn’t need a shampoo. The woman said I needed. A basic interior clean and explained it took about a half hour to 45 minutes. Vacuum all crevices, wipe down everything inside. Wash my mats ect. I had to pull over and clean it again after they were done whatever they used on my back seat left some residue in my car. Dash wasn’t even wiped with a rag, will not ever come here again. Maybe educate the people that answer the phones so they don’t provide false info if that is if she was wrong or the people were just lazy. I feel like he rushed because a bmw came in right behind me. Doors weren’t even wiped. They literally spent 7 minutes or lesss on my car because I was on hold with my bank before I even got there , maybe a minute. I thought they were going to pull it on the curb to do the inside but apparently they were done. I just won’t return here again 🤷‍♀️

I started to follow them on Instagram for 6 months straight before I actually used their services. I have been using their service for 5 years now…!!!!! They are AMAZING and there is absolutely NOBODY else that I allow to clean my car….!!!!! They are THEE BEST…!!!!!!

Best hand wash in town, and very good price too for my big suv! Plus they have an indoor waiting area and some chairs outside. Will be back more frequently!
